Our Commitment

Future Blocks is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance Status

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all pages of futureblocks.eu. We continually review and improve the accessibility of our website. While we strive for full conformance, some content may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features: semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy, skip-to-content link for keyboard navigation, ARIA labels and roles for interactive elements, sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interface elements, alt text for meaningful images, keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive components, responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes, focus indicators for keyboard users, and language attributes set on all pages.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to address them: some downloadable resources (PDF files) may not be fully accessible — we are working to provide accessible alternatives; and user-generated content from design sprints may not meet all accessibility standards.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Future Blocks website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.

Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with the relevant national supervisory authority. In Estonia, this is the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
