“In collaboration with Vivita Lahenduste Laboratoorium, we are delighted to develop a “toolbox” based on design sprints that will support the involvement of young people in communities and libraries in the future. This way, the library can be even more present for its community,” said Riina Tamm, Head of the Education Center of the National Library of Estonia.

Last week, our team represented Vivita in Brussels at the CERV-2025-CHILD kick-off. Out of 502 applications, Future Blocks was selected among the top 6% of innovative projects shaping the future of children's rights! 🇪🇺In Estonia, we are partnering with the National Library of Estonia (RaRa) and the University of Groningen to test child-centric models across the country.

We are thrilled to announce that Vivita Lahenduste Laboratoorium has been awarded a strategic grant under the EU’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme for our project: Future Blocks. The project is being developed in partnership with the Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu / National Library of Estonia, the University of Groningen, schools, and municipalities. Together, we are building an international model to make children’s participation in community development a core European democratic value.
