Communications & Visibility Toolkit

June 1, 2026

About this toolkit

The Communications & Visibility Toolkit gives Future Blocks partners and pilot sites everything needed to present the project consistently and to meet the European Union's visibility requirements. It brings together the project boilerplate, the logo pack, brand and media assets, partner credits, and the mandatory EU funding acknowledgement in one place. For full journalist-facing materials, see the Press Kit.

Project boilerplate

Use this standard description whenever you introduce Future Blocks in articles, presentations, or partner communications:

Future Blocks is a CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) project exploring participatory urban development through community-driven design sprints across six Estonian pilot sites. Led by Vivita with the Estonian National Library (RARA) as partner and the University of Groningen as associated partner, the project equips residents, designers, and civic leaders with toolkits, methods, and shared spaces to co-create the future of public urban space.

Logo pack

The Future Blocks logo comes in horizontal, vertical, and mark-only variants, each in a dark and a light version. Download the PNGs directly:

For SVG or print-ready files, email futureblocks@vivita.ee. Do not stretch, recolour, or alter the logos; keep clear space around them and use the light version on dark backgrounds.

Brand assets & media

  • Visual identity (CVI) — brand guidelines, colour values, typography, source files, and the official EU emblem.
  • Photos & media — hi-res photos from sprints, events, and pilot sites.
  • Press releases — statements and announcements available for republishing.

EU visibility & funding acknowledgement

Every communication and material produced under Future Blocks must display the EU emblem and carry the following statement:

Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Neither the European Union nor EACEA can be held responsible for them. Project number 101254173, Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV).

The EU emblem files are provided in the Visual Identity (CVI) folder above.
